ANNOUNCEMENT:

(March 17, 2007, ATLANTA) – AmeriCare Alliance (AmeriCare), a leading non-medical home caregiving company, has signed an agreement with Atlanta-based InteleHealth to test the company’s new eeBee^™ system, an interactive software service that enables families to manage and monitor wellness while maintaining a closer connection with caregivers and the person in need. The agreement, which introduces the new application over the next 90 days in AmeriCare’s Atlanta market, allows the option for a nationwide roll-out to all AmeriCare franchisees later in the year. AmeriCare is currently the only home-based care company in an agreement with InteleHealth.

A key advantage of the eeBee’s novel interface is that the recipient needs no computer experience to benefit from, and interact with, the family communication services and to provide family caregivers with important wellness information.
